Baby Massage - birth to precrawling
This sensory filled class teaches the art of infant massage. I perform the strokes on a doll which you copy on your baby. It takes place in a calm, warm and beautifully lit class room with soft flooring. The class is baby led, meaning if your baby wishes to feed or needs changing, wants a cuddle or is sleeping, just go with the flow and jump back in once you are ready!
Each baby has their own mat and there is a weekly theme and lights in the middle of the room to explore as well as a beautiful Sensory room. The class is split into Massage followed by sensory play & social time. Final week we do graduation pictures and certificates.
Baby Yoga - 8 weeks to precrawling
This sensory Baby Yoga class involves different stretches and poses on your baby, each one designed to aid their development and the transition between milestones. The adults do not do any yoga, it is for the babies only.
Stretches and poses are broken up with nursery rhymes, bubbles & instruments to finishes with a beautiful parachute before Sensory play & social time.
Each baby has their own mat provided. There is a weekly theme and lights in the middle of the room to explore as well as a beautiful Sensory room. The class is split into Yoga followed by sensory play & social time. Final week we do graduation pictures and certificates.
Nurture me 5 in 1 - 8 weeks to precrawling
Enjoy all 5 classes in one in this amazing Nurture Me programme where you get to enjoy a different experience each week instead of the same class for a full term, You can find the class descriptions for each one on this page and it is delivered as followed -
Week 1 - Baby Massage
Week 2 - Mini Spa (no baths)
Week 3 - Baby Yoga
Week 4 - Jelly Babies
Week 5 - Sensory, Craft & Graduation
Baby Wellness Retreat - birth to 9 months
This is NEW class and like the Nurture Me course, it offers a different experience each week except these sessions are focused around relaxation, bonding and pampering your little one with a little treat or two for our grown ups along the way. No products are used except plain water and Baby Massage oil.
Week 1 - Baby Foot Spa & Pedicure - Leg and foot massage, mini foot spas and nail clippers available to trim those little nails followed by sensory play & social time
Week 2 - Baby Facial & Photoshoot - Face massage and facial experience with pretend cucumbers, brushes and rollers, then a photo shoot in white robe and slippers provided, sensory play & social time.
Week 3 - Baby Bath & Bubbles - A mini bath for your little one to enjoy the warm water and toys, the bubble machine comes out before they get dried off and enjoy sensory play & social time.
Week 4 - Baby Glow & Graduation - The lights are dimmed right down even further to enhance the glow in a calming final session to the course. The babies will create their little certificate and have a photoshoot with their graduation cap on.
Jelly Babies/Tiddlers/Tots
This class is separated into different age ranges. Jelly Babies for 0-12m, Jelly Tiddlers for 6-18m and Jelly Tots for 0-4yrs
It is a none structured class with chance to chat, brew time, free play & exploration followed by song time to finish with instruments, bubbles, parachute etc. It is a nice one to go at your pace, socialise your little one and get to know other parents.
The bigger equipment comes out for these sessions ie swing, ride ons, mini bouncy castle, slide, trampoline and there is also a lovely little role play room with reading corner, vet station, play kitchen and dolls house.
